What to Expect from Your Pittsburgh Santa Experience

How long is the session?
Each session is up to 45 minutes in length. This is a private session for your child with our professional Santa. Each interaction between your child and Santa is carefully choreographed in such a way to craft beautiful photographic moments to create your custom art pieces.
Who can share the experience?
We welcome children of all ages, siblings alone or together. Cousin groupings are welcome as well, up to 5.
We also welcome immediate families to join in on the fun for a family portrait with Santa. You may opt for a traditional pose or do something fun with Santa.
What makes the Pittsburgh Santa Experience so magical?
This experience is unlike any other you may see at a mall or other photography studio. Our goal is to create fine art portraits from this priceless time of magic and wonder for your child that you can treasure for a lifetime. Our custom set is warm and inviting. No lines, no chaos, no distractions.
While our process begins with a traditional photographic capture, the end result is breathtaking and stunning. Each image is digitally painted by artist Shari Brownlee and then printed on the finest quality of paper. Take it one step further and have your portrait hand painted with oils and wax by Internationally awarded painter, JuliAnne Jonker. Both options result in a true heirloom that will last generations!
All of our products have the same fine art nostalgic feel as the entire session. Options include Holiday cards and storybooks set to poetry featuring your child. Our fine art products are designed to bring joy to your home throughout the year and delight every visitor.
What experiences will my child have with Santa?
Your child with read a story, Share milk and cookies, Help find the North Pole on the globe, search to see if their name is on the "Nice" List, assist Santa with some final preparations and paint some toys with magical paint, help Santa decorate a tree, go for an uplifting sled ride, roast marshmallow. Each experience is designed to coincide with our poetry written storybook.
What does the set look like?
Each set is custom designed every year by award-winning photographer, Shari Brownlee with authentic props to help tell the story of your child's experience with Santa. (I LOVE TO GO ANTIQUE SHOPPING!) Santa is not always in his traditional red and white suit. Sometimes he will appear in his Father Christmas Costume. (There are two different ones.)
Where are you located?
We are nestled right in the middle of the tri-State area just minutes from Interstate 70 in between the Claysville and Taylorstown exits.
Our clients travel from all over the Pittsburgh and Ohio Valley area for the most Magical Santa Experience available.

Where do I park?
Parking is conveniently located on our flat, cemented parking lot just outside our door.
We are handicapped-friendly throughout our facility.
Our luxurious studio has a spacious gallery, viewing room, and camera room.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and shown where you can get settled in.
Please let us know if you need additional assistance with your special needs child. We are here to help.

Investment?
The fee for the Pittsburgh Santa Experience is $390.
Your session fee includes:
Up to a 45-minute private photographic interactive experience with our professional Santa Claus.
Artwork, custom painted by Award-winning portrait artist, Shari Brownlee M. Photog. CPP.
A private Gallery Reveal session to view your images and place your order.
Your very own personalized portrait app of the images you purchase.
Your custom fine art pieces are not included in the session fee. We have clients that invest anywhere between $5,000 to $800. Most fall somewhere in between. Typically, an investment of $1500-$2500 will allow for a beautifully framed wall piece and several smaller pieces to share with family and friends as well as send out the most stunning Holiday cards your friends and family have ever seen! You are sure to win this year’s Christmas card contest!
When will I see my images from the session?
We will schedule your Gallery Reveal appointment as early as just a few days after your session. We will reach out to you to schedule this appointment prior to your session date so that it’s on your calendar.
We allow up to 2 hours for your sales appointment.
We encourage all decision-makers to attend this appointment. We will be making design decisions as well as investment decisions at this appointment.
We prefer the children not attend this appointment but we realize it is not always possible to get a sitter. We do have toys available for them to play with to help keep them entertained.
What fine art products do you offer?
We are most known for our framed wall art printed on metal. This medium portrays the imagery in the most exquisite rendering to showcase. your child's expressions as well as the magical embellishments. Starting at $1290 for a framed 20 inch.
Following our wall art, is our most sought after storybook where the poetry tells the story of your child's visit to the North Pole. This includes your favorite image from each of the 10 experiences.Starting at $2385
Additional spreads can be added($150).
In addition to wall art and storybook we have desktop prints ($275), folio boxes,($2385) ornaments ($55), blankets($185) and cards($125).
When will the finished artwork be ready?
The finished artwork and products will take some time to complete. Shari works round the clock during the busy Santa season to ensure you will have your fine art pieces and albums in time for the Holidays.
We will call you when your artwork is ready to be picked up or to schedule your delivery and installation of your artwork. We can also ship your order to you if need be.
We typically have Holiday cards shipped directly to you from our print lab so you can get started with addressing them and get those out to your friends and family.

Do people really get wall art from their Santa Experience?
YES!! ALL THE TIME!
We have clients that display their beautiful Santa portraits all year long and some that put them up to enjoy for the Holidays and then safely store them away for the rest of the year.
There are studies that have been done about having portraits and photos of your children displayed throughout your home.
